Voted Top 10 Outdoor Concerts by USA Today, Kirkland, Washington, has been holding summer concerts since 1977. Every Thursday night in July and August, spectators show up to enjoy the free event held at Kirkland Marina Park.
July 9th – Eden
EDEN is a high-energy rock, blues, and pop band from the Pacific Northwest, fronted by the powerful vocals of Savanna Woods, a Top 20 artist on NBC’s The Voice. Enjoy an electrifying mix of original tunes paired with a diverse selection of iconic covers ranging from the 60s to today.
The Groove Nation Band blends elements of popular timeless and recognizable musical genres with styles from current hits, R&B, Dance, Funk, Classic Rock, 80’s, Disco and Latin.
The Herding Cats band was formed in 2001 and has been rocking the house ever since with an amazing high-energy show and quality music! Dune Butler, Mark Mattingly, and Mike Mattingly come together to create an experience that transcends the genre of “the classic rock band.”
Performing across the country and internationally, the band has shared the stage with artists as diverse as Gwen Stefani, Poison, Maroon 5, and Roger Daltrey! They have also performed for the Seattle Seahawks, Microsoft, and Kenworth Trucks. Like what you hear? The band can be seen every Sunday at The Lime in Kirkland, WA.
July 30th – Laurel Canyon
Laurel Canyon Legacy celebrates the explosion of popular music that came out of LA’s Laurel Canyon in the mid-60s as folk music blended with rock and went electric. Go on a musical journey through the 60s and 70s as they perform your favorite songs by groups like The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, The Byrds, Beach Boys, Carole King, America, Buffalo Springfield, The Mamas and the Papas, The Doors, The Monkees, The Association, Jackson Browne, Carly Simon, Neil Young, Linda Ronstadt, CSNY, Joni Mitchell, and much more.
August 6th- The Hipsters
Combining the dance rock that you know and love with a high energy atmosphere, this band brings hits from The Killers, Kings of Leon, Greenway, FallOut Boy, Adele, and more from the 90s to today!
August 13th- Christie Huff
Christie Huff is a country singer-songwriter who brings a touch of pop to her soulful sound. She’s an LA girl now, but attributes her country background to her childhood in Arizona and her regular trips to Nashville to co-write with other country songwriters.
Well-known in LA and Orange County, Christie performs her original songs both acoustically and with her band in locations across the U.S.
August 20th – Good Day Sunshine
Good Day Sunshine is a dynamic five-piece band from Seattle, WA. who performs the music of The Beatles. Rather than being an impersonation, Good Day Sunshine focuses on an engaging live-music experience performing The Beatles’ top hits and also albums in their entirety. Their high-energy, inspired performances appeal to those already familiar with or new to the music of The Beatles!
August 27th – One Hit Wonders
Lyle Ronglien is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist based in the Pacific Northwest. Influenced by a wide range of genres from an early age, Lyle’s playing seamlessly weaves through styles—from classical to bluegrass, rock to country, and everything in between.
In addition to his solo acoustic shows, Lyle fronts his own three-piece country rock band, “Highway 9,” and leads the nostalgic charge with the tribute project “One-Hit Wonders.”
During the day, he works full-time for his local school district as a school bus driver.
