First, she handled all of the necessary remodeling and sprucing up necessary for a home that had been rented and not updated for 8 years. She arranged to have a local contractor bid and execute all of the work, including refinishing the floors, sod in the front yard, repaint the entire house interior and exterior, clear out junk, and staging.
