Longtime friend and colleague of Katherine Vincent, Michelle Carpenter is a longevity coach focusing on helping women over 40 (and 60+) build sustainable, long-term health, strength, and vitality. 

Michelle emphasizes that true longevity comes from daily, consistent, and “boring” habits, such as strength training, rather than quick, intense fixes.

“Real coaching doesn’t mean a challenge or reset or adding more to your plate. It’s pattern correction,” says Michelle, “Someone paying attention and guiding you every step of the way. A formal check in every two weeks so you don’t drift from your goals. And that level of accountability changes behavior.”
