Katherine is amazing! It was our first time buying a home and she was so helpful. It took us a while to find the right house, but she was patient and positive throughout the whole process. With the state of the market we had to quickly tour houses before they would sell, and Katherine was able to go see places within an hour or two. She explains things well, is very knowledgeable about the area, is kind, and works hard for you! Everything that you would want in a real estate agent. Katherine helped us purchase our home in Bellevue, and sell it 6 years later. This was our first home in the US after moving from Canada, and Katherine guided us through the buying process, connected us up with a broker to make it happen, provided insights into comparables that enabled us to make an informed decision, and most importantly, made us feel welcome. She connected us up with proven tradespeople for lawn maintenance, roof cleaning, septic, and general handyman services. We stayed in touch and when deciding to sell, we did not hesitate to ask her for help again. There was a long list of jobs that we wanted to complete to prepare for sale and Katherine helped us prioritize those items and again provided names and helped coordinate tradespeople for flooring, carpeting, painting, cleaning, landscaping, roof cleaning, septic, attic cleanout, inspection, and staging services. Her guidance on positioning, timing, and price setting was spot on. The listing, pictures, and staging recommendations were professional. We had a fantastic 3 days of showings and were sold in less than a week from listing. Her skillful and practiced management of the buying agents resulted in a sale that exceeded our expectations on price and close date.
